Feels Good to Fight Flakes

P&G loves their focus groups, and when it came to Head & Shoulders consumers were giving it a thumbs down in the sensory experience department. They said using it gave them ‘the ick’. So, the brand re-formulated making it feel more premium and luxurious, and asked us to create a campaign that showed off the enhanced sensory experience. The answer was a series of musical films where people rekindled their relationships with their favorite anti-dandruff shampoo.
